By browsing the web interface of the QUEENS online shop or contacting QUEENS via the contact form, telephone, email, social media or providing QUEENS with any type of personal data, QUEENS handles and processes the personal data provided by you. AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

The aforementioned automatic processing of personal data is solely for the purpose of improving our services. For example, by using your order history and website behaviour, we are able to offer more relevant offers of additional goods and services to the products you have purchased. Thus, we display offers in certain places that are directly relevant to you and match your needs and interests.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU?
Depending on the type of legal basis, we may process the following personal data about you that you provide to us:

data about the products you have purchased or the services we have provided to you;
details of our mutual communications (whether in person, in writing, by telephone or otherwise);
payment details (e.g., details of the amount paid, etc.);
in selected cases only, data about your credibility, for the purposes of the so-called blacklist (see the Terms and Conditions of the Controller - article Transport and delivery of goods)
IP address and cookies.
WHERE DO WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?
Your personal data processed by the Controller for the purposes described above come exclusively from you, i.e. data that you have provided to us e.g. in connection with the conclusion of a contract (purchase of goods) or you have provided to us for the purposes of the customer programme and registration for it, or on the basis of your explicit consent, or when you have visited our website.
DO WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EEA?
We also transfer your personal data we process to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example, when any of our service providers use staff or equipment based outside the EEA.
We have put in place adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of your privacy, fundamental rights and freedoms, and the exercise of your rights, e.g., we establish an adequate level of data protection through EU Standard Contractual Clauses based on the EU commission’s model clauses.
WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF THE PERSONAL DATA?
We transfer your personal data in justified cases and only to the extent necessary or specified to the following categories of recipients:
to our contractual partners that we need for our normal operation and performance of our contractual relationship with you, in particular:
information technology providers through which we operate the online shop and process your orders, web hosting providers. These service providers are checked by us and provide sufficient guarantees with respect to the confidentiality and protection of your personal data. With all of these providers we have concluded written data privacy agreement where the providers have undertaken to protect personal data and to comply with our privacy standards;
providers of accounting and tax services to meet our legal obligations;
the courier or postal service providers (carriers), but only to the extent of your name and surname, delivery address, telephone number at which the carrier can contact you and, if the goods have not been paid in advance, the amount to be paid on receipt of the goods. The carrier is entitled to process the personal data we transmit to it only for the purpose of delivery of the goods and it is obliged to delete the personal data without delay thereafter;
in the case of sending commercial communications (e.g., by e-mail, sms), we use the services of the Brevo business group to send them. This entity is bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your personal data for any other purpose, for which we are fully responsible;
to other entities in cases where we are required to provide your data by law or where it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., courts, the Police of the Czech Republic, etc.)
if you give us your consent to do so, to the extent of your email address used in the context of a purchase on our online shop, to the operator of the service used to generate and send you purchase satisfaction questionnaires. Such operator is a data processor in relation to our company. Regardless transmitting this personal data, we still ensure all the rights and fulfil all the obligations set out in this document;
if you give us your consent, to the extent of your email address, phone number and related cookies, to our partners for marketing purposes, for the purpose of tracking, targeting and personalizing advertising on our and other websites, using tools such as Google, Facebook, Criteo, Sklik and others - please always refer to the overview of cookies used for specific information;
our company does not have access to the details of the payment cards you use to pay in our online shop. Only the secure payment gateway and the relevant banking institution have access to your payment card details.
HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship between you and us. In the case of processing of personal data for which the consent has been given, your personal data will be processed for the period for which the consent has been given. Your consent to the use of cookies is granted for a period of 12 months. The retention period for each cookie is set out in the cookies overview below.
We process the data collected through the customer account or by other similar way for the duration of the use of our services. Subsequently, only basic identification data and information on the reason for cancellation of the customer account or data forming part of operational backups are usually stored for a reasonable period of time.
Please note that we have to process personal data which are necessary for the proper provision of our services or for the fulfilment of all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from a contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, regardless of the consent given by you, for the period of time specified by or in accordance with the relevant legislation (e.g. for tax documents, this period is at least 10 years).

Right of access – you can ask the Controller for access to the personal data we process about you. The Controller will also provide you with a copy of the personal data processed.

who, apart from us, are the recipients of your personal data;
the intended period for which your personal data will be stored by the Controller;
whether you have the right to request us to rectify or erase your personal data or to restrict or object to the processing of your personal data;

Right to rectification – you can ask the Controller to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data we process about you.
Right to erasure – you can ask the Controller to delete your personal data (if the Controller has not already done so) if one of the following situations occurs:
the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
you have withdrawn the consent on the basis of which your personal data was processed and there is no further legal basis for processing it;
you have objected to being the subject of a decision based on automated processing of your personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for such processing or you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
your personal data has been unlawfully processed;
